The room had a small amount of wear and tear (e.g., chairs), but the bathroom was quite lovely and we had a very nice stay. That system worked perfectly and I never had any long waits during the entire process. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we did a quick check-in so we could receive a text when our rooms were ready. We preferred this to the family pool where the lines were long and there were huge crowds. We invited 7 others to enjoy our 10-person cabana and shared a lovely day in the sun.
This turned out to be the PERFECT choice for trying to celebrate this milestone birthday during COVID.
We book a room for two nights (comp) for my son's 21st birthday, and spent our first day in a cabana at the Poseidon Pool.
